Both parents work mostly from home. Mom is a remote employee and dad is hybrid but mostly at home. We are both fulltime. Mom is going back to work in her home office in January after her maternity leave. We need someone who can help watch and care for our baby during those times when we are both working - probably about 20 hours a week. Our baby boy will be about 3 months old.
