We are seeking a dependable and patient individual to provide one-on-one care for our two wonderful, non-violent, and limited-verbal autistic children. This is a fulfilling role funded through the Medicaid waiver program, offering secure, competitive pay from the State government. The Role: --Provide dedicated, one-on-one care to one child per shift. --Engage in daily routines, fun activities, and community outings. --Build a trusting and joyful relationship. You Are: --Patient, reliable, and have a heart for serving others. --Experienced with autism or eager to learn. --Able to pass a background check, have a clean driving record, and provide references. Schedule & Location: --School Year: 32+ hrs/week (fixed schedule). --Breaks/Summer: Up to 40 hrs/week. --Afternoons, evenings, & weekends required.
