Occasional Sitter For 2 Kids, Incl. Toddler W/ Autism

Looking to start interviewing possible candidates for occasional babysitting. I have an 8-year-old girl and a 2-year-old boy. My son was recently diagnosed with Autism, so I am looking for someone who is patient, understanding, and experienced with neurodiverse children or open to learning. He is a very active little boy and nonverbal at this time. Babysitter must also be comfortable with pets, as we have a golden retriever and 3 cats. You don't have to care for them, but you must be okay with them in the home. For safety reasons, you must also be comfortable with indoor security cameras. Occasional needs may include evenings/weekends, light meal prep, bedtime, and diaper changes. Must be reliable, attentive, and able to provide gentle structure. CPR certification a plus.
