Me and her dad both work full time. We're still learning our little one, but I think we've gotten her figured out pretty well! When she's hungry.. she'll let you know. You can't miss it. She has acid reflux so after each feed/burp, she needs to stay sitting up for at least 30 minutes to help with that. If she's fed and diaper is changed and she's still screaming, she might still be a little hungry. If that's not it, she's ready for a nap. She still loves being swaddled and is already rolling over both ways, so we just roll up a blanket to tuck around her or put her in her doc-a-tot. She loves when we talk to her after we've changed her, that's normally when she talks the most. We are first time parents and so we need someone that is responsible and will care for her like their own. Additional needs include pick up / drop off, having a reliable car, being comfortable with pets and a non-smoker. Looking for a caregiver for my infant daughter. Looking for care Mondays (8-6pm), Tuesdays (8-6pm), Wednesdays (8-6pm), Thursdays (8-6pm), and Fridays (8-6pm).
