Location: East Austin, TX Start Date: Around November 20, 2025 (flexible within a few days) Duration: 30 days Compensation: Flat-rate agreement based on experience About the Role: We are looking for a kind, dependable, and experienced postpartum doula to provide full support for a mother and newborn during recovery after birth. This is a short-term, live-in or full-time position ideal for someone who loves working with families and newborns in their first month at home. First week we need Responsibilities: Overnight and daytime support for mother and baby Assistance with baby feeding, soothing, and sleep routines Light household help (laundry, tidy common areas, meal prep if needed) Accompany to doctors appointments when requested Support mothers recovery and rest schedule Maintain a calm, caring, and respectful environment
