We're looking for a nanny for our 9-month-old baby girl. We're a very busy family of 4. We have an older boy but he mostly does his own thing and won't need care. Between the 2 of us we own 2 local businesses and have fairly erratic schedules so we are hoping to find someone that can be pretty flexible with days/hours. We live in a tiny little bungalow so we have a super walkable neighborhood and would love someone to spend a ton of time out and about on walks. Things that are super important to us are time in nature, nutrition, and environmental responsibility. We do cloth diaper and eat vegetarian. We don't stick to a super strict nap/bottle schedule but will support you if you find a cadence that works well for you. Help with household tasks and some PA type responsibilities a plus.
