We have 2 older boys school age and 2 dogs. We are laid back but expect our rules and ideals of parenting to be followed. The baby will be born in October and I will return to work in January. I am a nurse at nwths. My husband works for an oil fracking company in computers. His hours will be what the child care is based upon. While the main child to be cared for is the baby my older will come home after school via the bus and are self sufficient. Sweet and shy. Our ideal caregiver: Excellent with newborns. Understand feeding cues and proper handling of breast milk and or formula. Must be good with communication and respectful of our home and family. No driving with my child and no visitors in my house. Understand boundaries. Additional needs include being comfortable with pets and a non-smoker. Looking for a caregiver for my infant son. My schedule may vary.
