My loving step son is a sweet as can be and rarely ever throws a fit. He likes someone to play with as before he came to live with us he had a younger uncle to play with. His father and I try to have a similar work schedule so that in the evenings we can have family time. At this time I'm working 9-5 sometimes later due to where I work. His father is typically working 6am-2 p.m. but his work requires him to sometimes work in the evenings. . Our ideal caregiver: I really want someone who can make sure my step son has fun while being safe. . Additional needs include light housekeeping, being comfortable with pets, having a reliable car, a non-smoker. We could use help with homework or curriculum assistance. My schedule may vary.
