We have a dog and a cat that also loves in the home. We do have a line in our front yard for our dogs, so they can independently go outside. But that is something we would probably also need to have done is for the dog to be let out at least two to three times that the nanny is on the clock. The cat is very independent and if he goes to the door he can be let out (or let in if he's already outside). We have a small home and we do not expect any type of home care. We want the focus to be on our child's needs. I am very strict about her food. There are certain things I do not want her eating and she cannot be left alone to eat, as I am petrified of choking. Our neighborhood is very safe (it's an "old persons" neighborhood) and we have lots of family nearby that could be reached if me or my husband do not answer any calls (we WILL, though). Our ideal caregiver: My baby has had me home with her for a year. She's very used to a certain type of care. I'm looking for someone who will listen to the instructions and limitations I give them and will treat my baby like precious and not just a job. I need someone who will be patient and loving and who is willing to give her cuddles and play with her. Additional needs include pick up / drop off, having a reliable car, being comfortable with pets and a non-smoker. Looking for a caregiver for my 1-year-old daughter. Flexible start date.
