Position averages 40 hours per week, ranging from 32 to 46 depending on family needs. Schedule includes 7:009:00 a.m. and 1:006:00 PM, plus one babysitting night per week (included in base pay). Occasional evening or overnight coverage may be required, with compensation arranged as appropriate. Monthly schedules are provided in advance but may fluctuate. Responsibilities include school transportation, homework help, meal prep, after-school activities, light household organization, errands, and some pet care. Ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish / English), organized, structured, and adaptable.
