Full-Time Babysitter Needed (M-F, 9-5) We're looking for a reliable babysitter for our active 16-month-old son. He's very curious and energetic, and he also has mild eczema, so we need someone gentle and attentive. Comfort with an inclusive, open-minded household is also important. Priorities: Safe sleep Consistent routines Age-appropriate developmental play Emotional regulation and patience with active toddlers We have two friendly dogs and a cat (no pet care required). Responsibilities: Meals, cups, diaper changes Playtime (reading, stacking toys, simple sensory play) Nap routine + safe sleep Gentle eczema care as directed Light cleanup related to the child CPR/First Aid preferred. Must be dependable, communicative, and comfortable with clear guidelines. We're a warm, calm household looking for someone long-term.
