We are expecting our first child in late April and will be needing a nanny in early July. My husband and I work opposite schedules so we need care for the three hours of overlap. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified. Also, We do expect a the nanny we hire to come to our home each scheduled day. While we don't know exactly what his daily schedule will be until he arrives, I only expect that he will need to be fed once and then possibly a nap while under the nanny's care. I don't expect any cleaning, shopping, or chores to be done especially given it's only a few hours each day. Please note: We do have two dogs but they will most likely be in their kennel while the nanny is working; unless we come to a special arrangement with the nanny before hire.
