We are looking for a great nanny for a 22-week-old child on Johns Island. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car and who does not smoke. Looking for someone for 1-2 days per week. Wednesday/Thursday while my wife will be working from home. We do have a pool so swimming instructions would also be a plus.
