We're a warm, calm household in Dorado Beach with four wonderful kids. Three sleep through the night consistently; our 6-month-old typically wakes once to feed. Were looking for a reliable night nanny who can provide steady overnight coverage and a smooth handoff in the morning. You may sleep overnight and wake as needed; a monitor and clear protocols will be provided. Snacks, drinks, and breakfast available; relaxed, respectful environment. Qualifications: - Proven experience with infants and multi-child households; strong overnight caregiving track record. - Current Infant/Child CPR & First Aid (or willing to obtain promptly). - Excellent judgment, discretion, and communication; dependable and punctual. - Comfortable with overnight shifts and maintaining calm during occasional disruptions. Spanish or English speakers welcome.
