We have a 15-month-old son and are expecting a baby girl, arriving February of 2026. My husband works full-time, while I stay home with our son, but with the arrival of our newborn, I will need assistance at our home with our son. Upon your arrival ~2 p.m. you will need to prep lunch. Meals are typically simple -- quesadillas, pb&j sandwiches, sliced fruit and veggies, etc. When he wakes up, he will want to play briefly before eating. After playing for 20 minutes or so, he eats his late lunch. I will need you to cleanup. After eating, he is back to playing and running around. We don't use screens in our home so someone that can interact with him, play games, teach him new words, read books, or take him outside if the weather permits, is ideal. Throughout this time he will also need 1-2 diaper changes. He is a lot of fun and so sweet!
