Babysitter Needed For My Children In Pittsburgh

We are looking for someone who can be with our children for occasional multi-day stays with overnights. In particular, a 2-night stay before the end of the year, and up to 10 days toward the end of April while my husband and I are visiting our oldest daughter while she is studying abroad. Our exact travel dates are not set, but the person to care for our children would need to stay overnight at our house. Our older children (ages 15, 17 and 19) will be home and can help out with the dog, etc. The main thing is to watch our 8 and 10-year-old girls (we have a total of 6 kids). We also have a dog who is energetic (a bit barky at the door) and friendly. Our caregiver would need to be able to help transport our non-driving age kids to sports (or the park, etc) when a carpool may not be available. Additional needs include pick up / drop off, light housekeeping, meal prep, having a reliable car, being comfortable with pets and a non-smoker.
