About the job
My son is a happy 4-month-old. He would most likely be sleeping the first 2-3 hours that I'm gone, so the sitter may sleep as well. When he does wake up, pay attention to him, play with him, change diapers and give bottles as needed. I can typically keep after the housework, so no need to do anything other than take care of my baby.
