Our 7-year-old would only be here for about 2 hours before my husband would come and get him for school - he does have severe ADHD so this can be a challenge keeping him on task. Experience working with special needs is a plus! Then you would have the two younger ones until 1-2 in the afternoon. I work 3 days a week, on a rotating schedule so days would change each week, so maximum days would be 3 days a week. 6:15 - 1/2 p.m. You would never work Mon/Tues since those are my husbands days off. Our 16-month-old is a climber so he needs to be watched carefully, but our 3-year-old is very low maintenance and is very independent. Additional needs include meal prep, having a reliable car and a non-smoker. Looking for a caregiver for my 1-year-old son, 3-year-old daughter, and 7-year-old son.
