I'm looking for a great nanny for 1 child with Level 3 Autism, who requires substantial support. The child is non-verbal primarily, but can communicate some. The child must be closely monitored at all times and is prone to screaming when frustrated. We do have pets (2 dogs and 1 cat). After-school duties would include giving parents a break so they can attend to chores or care for their two older kids (15 and 16). Any experience caring for an Autistic child is strongly desired and will pay extra for this. experience.
