10 Hours Minimum/Week - Nanny For Two Children

Hello! We are a family of four - dad who works from home as an engineer, mom who works at home/in office as a Director at a nonprofit, a little girl age 2, and a little boy age 3 months. Currently we have a nanny share for 25 hours each week with my sister and her family. We are looking for a second nanny to support us for a few hours on Mondays (only 3-month-old) and a full day on Thursdays (both children), as well as the occasional evenings and week days as coordinated together. We are a young family that loves to be outside, spend time with our extended family in town, and I would consider us pretty easy going. We value individualism, consideration, honesty and kindness. We would work out a schedule with minimum expected hours each week.
