Very happy and funny baby girl. We have our living room blocked off and it opens up to her bedroom they are both baby proofed for the most part and shes able to roam pretty free in her area but is starting to walk on things so wed like someone who can keep up with her and keep close. We do have cameras in the living room and her bedroom just for her safety and probably wont look at them unless we feel we need to but someone needs to be comfortable with those being on and focused on areas our baby will be during the care. We haven't left her with babysitters yet and are very reluctant about it. Someone who is patient and supporting of her is all were looking for that can keep her safe and fed while were working . Additional needs include light housekeeping, having a reliable car, a non-smoker. I'm expecting!
