Husband and wife are both professionals in our 60's. The boys are our grandchildren and our adopted children. They are fraternal twins, one of which is autistic but EXTREMELY sweet and affectionate. During the school year there is not much to it; drop them off at school in the morning, pick them up in the afternoon then watch them for a couple of hours until one of the parents gets home. Summers are a different story. You will have the boys all day and we would like them to be stimulated. Take them to the neighborhood pool, the zoo, the aquarium or just let them play in the backyard. We prefer a live in nanny that would become more like a family member than an employee. Go on vacation with us, to our lake home on weekends etc. Our ideal caregiver: Good personal hygiene. Organized. Has the ability to see what needs to be done without being told. Additional needs include being comfortable with pets and a non-smoker.
