My daughter will be around 10 months old when childcare is needing to start! she will be crawling and playing all day and we just ask that our caregiver would be able to provide safe and adequate care for her throughout the day! Shes not on a strict wake window schedule and just loves to go with the flow so everyday can be different and flexible for whatever the plans may be! We have two dogs (huskies) that love to play but mostly are quite lazy throughout the day so minor attention for them is expected like letting them outside and giving them food and water if needed! We dont expect full housekeeping but rather would want someone who can pick up after themselves and vacuum or do some dishes when needed.
