Our oldest is gone most of the day at school. He is incredibly empathetic and feels all his emotions. He is a rule-lover and very reliable. Great sense of humor! Our middle daughter begins kindergarten next year. She is our "free spirit" babe. Super creative, loves art projects, building, is incredibly patient with tasks. She is less "heavy"than our oldest, and any conflict can be solved with a quick hug and reassurance. She loves to make people laugh! Our baby boy is Almost 7 months. He takes time to warm up to people, but when he does, man is he sweet. Super gentle and good natured. My husband and I both teach high school in the area, so our schedule is Monday - Friday. We leave the house by 6:30 and get home 3:30-4. Our ideal caregiver: It is hard to be away from our kids all day. The safest most loving environment possible is important to us. We would love someone who is able to calmly handle the hectic-ness of three kids, provide a loving atmosphere, and who just enjoys being with kids. Additional needs include pick up / drop off, light housekeeping, having a reliable car, being comfortable with pets and a non-smoker.
