I'm looking for a great nanny for 1 child. Will need a car. About the child: I'm expecting our first child on 9/28/2019 and will be going back to work mid-December; however, my sister will on winter break and will babysit until mid-January. I commute to Dayton and work in public accounting, so my hours Jan- April can be crazy; however, I'm transitioning to a "flex-schedule" when I go back from maternity leave, so I will be capped at working 40 hours a week (unfortunately this does not include my 1 hour-per way commute), so I may not get home until 6/6:30, depending on traffic. My husband is a farmer and has a flexible/ unpredictable schedule - he may be able to be home earlier some days, but it's hard to predict what days that will be.
