FT Nanny- 8 Month Old Girl

Hello! My name is Amanda. I am 30 years old, married, I work full time, and I have an 8-month-old little girl. I am looking for someone who can Nanny our daughter while my husband and I are at work. We are looking for someone to come to our home. We do have a friendly Aussiedoodle who will be in the home as well. We have used a sitter but recently found out she is joining the Navy (woo!) and so we are looking for help beginning in January. It is so important to us that our daughter is well cared for by someone that we both trust. I typically work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & some Saturdays. My mom is also really helpful with our daughter so she is always a back up for us if needed. We're a Christian family and value kindness, honesty, patience, and respect. We are hoping to find a nanny who shares these values and will care for our baby in the same spirit. Our daughter loves to crawl and explore. She is in a total discovery phase and is so curious about her surroundings. Our daughter needs focus and attention. She eats twice a day and we are working on her nap schedule. Ideally she would take two naps a day and so we are hoping we can find someone to help provide this consistency when we are away. We have a friendly aussiedoodle named Franklin. He is super energetic and loves people.
