Part Time Nanny Needed

We are looking for a caring, reliable nanny for our 1 . 5-year-old child in Galloway. Schedule: My husband works Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (with about a 1-hour commute each way). I work night shifts PRN, typically from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. around 2-3 times per week. Because my schedule varies, the specific days we will need care may change weekly. We will generally know at least a week in advance (sometimes the night before). Starting around January, I will have my schedule in 4-6 week blocks, so well have more consistent notice. Looking for someone to be with our child for about 2 hours in the morning before I get home, and then someone to care for our child while I am resting for about 5-6 hours. Would love to have this same nanny for random date nights in the future if possible! Thanks!
