Seeking Experienced, Reliable Sitter For Autistic 4-Year-Old (Long-Term)

We're a working family seeking a reliable sitter for our 4-year-old daughter who is highly autistic, limited verbally, and needs structure. She is NOT aggressive, no biting or hurting, but she does scream, run around, and get upset easily. I need someone patient who can handle big emotions and keep her safe. Hours: Mon & Tues 7–6, and some Fridays 7–5. She has a simple routine: morning oatmeal, dressed for school, bus at 8:00 a.m. and home at 11:00 a.m. You have 3 free hours while she’s at school Mondays and Tuesdays. Afternoons are play, snacks, outside time (fenced yard). She communicates by taking your hand or saying help me. We have two friendly dogs, please let them outside at least once. Home has cameras for safety. If you’re calm, consistent, and experienced with special needs, we’d love to talk.
