After-School Nanny Needed For One Sweet 3rd Grader

I'm looking for a reliable, kind after-school nanny for my 9-year-old daughter. The role is Monday through Friday from about 3:00-4:30 p.m. (with some flexibility). I need someone who can let her in after school or pick her up if its raining, help her start homework or get ready for dance, and do light tidying on the first floor, including loading or unloading the dishwasher if there are dishes in the sink. She's independent and easygoing; we just need a warm, dependable adult at home during that window. A safe driving record is helpful for occasional pickups. Pay is competitive and based on experience.
