Nanny Needed For Five Year Old Boy With ADHD And ODD - Preferably With OT Or Social Work Experience

We are looking for a nanny for our 5-year-old son, who was recently diagnosed with ADHD and ODD. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, and who is comfortable with pets. We are looking for someone who has experience with special needs / neurodivergent kiddos or has a background in OT or social work. We need someone who is willing to help our son improve his fine motor skills and self esteem (we have lots of activities recommended to us by his OT), and help with overall emotional regulation and ways to reduce / control his anger and impulsivity. We can be flexible as to start date, how many hours a week, and what days. The right person matters more to us than logistics. Thank you for considering us!
