We are searching for a warm, reliable, and organized caregiver to help with homework, afternoon activities, and light household tasks Mon-Fri afternoons. Responsibilities: - Promptly arrive to meet bus or pick-up kids daily - Drive to activities - Prep snacks and light dinner - Work with kids to keep house tidy - Help us establish structured and positive homework routines - Proactively create an engaging and screen-free environment - playing outdoors, games, crafts, etc. Requirements: - Responsible, engaging, and proactive - Car with clean driving record and positive references - Willingness to limit screens/social media while working - Experience as a tutor a plus
