Nanny Needed For My Children In New York, South Street Seaport

We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in the seaport neighborhood in Manhattan starting in mid-January before mom returns to work. He will be 4 months old. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. We would prefer a nanny who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets (small but mischievous dog) and who is CPR certified. Mom will be working from home approx 60% of the time on a very flexible basis. May be in office a few hours each day or one or two full days, different every week. Dad is in office full time.
