About the job
The babysitter would be picking my son up from school by 2:30 p.m. Ideally he would have a snack and depending on the weather he would go outside for a bit. Dinner would be around 5 p.m. I'm staying away from screen time during the week, but he has plenty of toys and books. Then he would do a bath and ideally be in bed, or at least ready for bed by the time I arrive from work.
