We are looking for a nanny 3 days a week beginning in January (we're hoping to do a prep week or at least a few days together with our new nanny the last week of the year to ease in to things). My husband and I both work from home (he travels often), and our moms will be doing two days a week. The days of the week are flexible right now, but ideally we'd love to get on a schedule so that our daughter as well as us as parents can get used to the flow of the week. Our child is a happy and energetic baby. She will be 7 months old when we bring someone in. We're not exactly sure what her naps will look like at that point, but as of right now, she is a stellar sleeper and falls asleep easily on her own. Loves to play and explore outside. We do have three very friendly cats who may come to say hello, so ideally you are not allergic.
