Nanny Needed For 2 Children In Elmira

Looking for a long term full time nanny for my two children, ages 4 and almost 2. My husband and I are in the healthcare field and have varying schedules by week, but can come up with a planned schedule over a month in advance and work out days and times based on availability as needed. Would require taking them to appointments and activities, so a reliable means of transportation is important. Would need help with preparing meals for the kids during these days and planning activities to keep them active and engaged.
