About the job
We have 3 girls and the youngest one is autistic and has ADHD. She is non-speaking and is a multi-modal communicator. She goes to Kindergarten and comes home from school around 2:45 p.m. She needs someone with a lot of patience and understanding. She is also very active and needs someone with energy to keep up with her. After school the nanny will need to care for her until her behavioral therapist arrives who then works with her from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Mon Thu Fri. The older ones are in 5th and 3rd grade, respectively. They are very independent and does not need a lot of care in the afternoon. The older kids just need help going to their activities after school.
