Seeking a reliable, proactive, and efficient Household Manager for a busy family with three children (ages 13, 11, 9). Perfect for an organized self-starter! Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 a.m. -11:00 a.m. (4. 5 hours daily). Punctual arrival is mandatory. Essential Responsibilities: 1. Morning Routine: Arrive at 6:30 a.m. Supervise children's morning routine. Drive two older children to bus stop. Light dog care. 2. Household Reset: Complete Kitchen Reset (empty dishwasher, clean counters), take inventory and organize downstairs. 3. Priority Housekeeping (8:45 a.m. 11:00 AM): Completely finish 1-2 loads of laundry (wash, dry, fold, put away) and perform full downstairs floor care. Goal: Parent returns to a clean kitchen and finished laundry. Requirements: Must be highly reliable, autonomous, and have a valid driver's license.
