Looking for someone who is flexible--expect to primarily care for one child at a time-- 6-month-old sometimes and a 3-year-old toddler at others. Occasionally, to care for two. General - Getting our toddler and baby out (going to parks, arts and crafts, reading and other activities). - Gentle parenting approach, while still establishing clear boundaries (instead of yelling, talking through feelings and explaining why we don't do something as our child gets older) - Organizing toys/room and keeping everything tidy Toddler Responsibilities: - Lunch/Dinner Meal prep and feeding - Activities and teaching new words/things Infant responsibilities: - Strong focus on development/meeting milestones ( sitting up, crawling, walking, talking) - Direct communication and sharing insights with us - Bottle and baby meal prep, laundry, basic baby-related cleaning
