Our son O is learning to explore more on his own, so eyes need to be on him to ensure he does not climb on things or pull anything onto himself. He is expressing his frustration or needs by throwing a fit which entails him throwing himself back or forward; which sometimes ends with him bumping his head. He is getting new teeth so Tylenol and baby Oragel are helpful when he begins to run hot or is obviously uncomfortable. He has sensitive skin so staying up on diaper changes is important and patience is needed as he tends to fight a diaper changing. He does not enjoy getting his face wiped or anyone stealing his boogies, but when it needs to be done.... it needs to be done. O is not a picky eater so feeding him shouldn't ever be a problem, as he loves to eat. Overall O is a really fun, and well behaved little boy. Our ideal caregiver: Experienced, willing to teach and engage with children, and attentive. Additional needs include pick up / drop off, meal prep, having a reliable car, being comfortable with pets and a non-smoker. Looking for a caregiver for my infant daughter and 1-year-old son.
