Seeking A Nanny In Early/mid January For 11 Month Old

Seeking a nanny for our little one. He will just be turning 1 year in mid January. We are looking for continued care until mid July. We do work from home but will mostly be unavailable during working hours. But the nanny will need to be comfortable with us being on site. We are needing the nanny M-F from 730 a.m. to 430pm, and occasionally until 5 p.m. as well. (45-47. 5 hours a week) Looking for someone who has past experience with infants/very young toddlers. Must be CPR certified and up to date on vaccinations (including flu). Must live in a nonsmoker household, have reliable transportation. Must have good references that we are able to call and verify as well. Duties will mostly be taking care of him, light meal prep, cleaning any messes/dishes he creates, but otherwise not expected to do standard house chores.
