About the job
We're looking for a caring & reliable individual who will become an integral, trusted member of our household while helping keep our days running smoothly. We believe that the ideal arrangement is a true two-way fit: our family will benefit most when the person in this role feels that their time with us is helping them move toward their own goals. This is a blended role combining childcare with household tidying/tasks (approx 50/50). We maintain a family calendar for advanced planning and typically like to plan out each week ahead of time so were all on the same page for activities and responsibilities throughout the week. We ebb and flow to meet the dynamic schedules of our family and always plan sizable blocks of free time during the week for you to fulfill your interests. This is a live-in position with a private bedroom & bathroom.
