Dual Pilot Home Looking For Flexible Recurring Babysitters/nannies For 10 Month Old

We are a dual pilot household with very flexible hours looking for a (or multiple) recurring babysitter/nannies to help care for our 10-month-old as well and a second baby expected to arrive early next May. Most help would be needed typically during the day during the week but there will also be sporadic nights or weekends as well She is a very active and curious baby, always wants to be involved in some capacity. We are looking for someone who is flexible, with both of us being pilots, our schedules are not the most consistent. We are looking to build a long term relationship with our care givers We have plenty of parking space at our home 2 dogs, one lab mix and one cane corso but they will have minimal interaction with anyone while we are not home
