I would also like to preferably have them at my home with her if possible so that they could put her to bed if I'm not home In time to do so. . Our ideal caregiver: Flexible with schedule I need someone who can watch my daughter primarily Friday evenings if I'm working late it could turn into more days as my schedule fluctuates. . Additional needs include having a reliable car. My schedule may vary.
