My husband and I are dedicated to giving our children what they need in life to be happy and healthy. We encourage good communication and if there's a problem, we work to resolve it right away. We also are always looking for ways to make improvements. This goes with anything, like how to improve our fitness, how to re-arrange some furniture to make a space work better, or adjusting routines to adapt with changing needs. We welcome suggestions on how you see ways to make something better. I work full time and commute to NYC with my husband. We need a babysitter to help in the morning and afternoon with after school activities, homework, and dinner. Weekends are free. M-F 7-9 a.m. and 3-8 p.m. (Fri ends early at 6pm). Our youngest is 2 and he attends daycare. The other children are 11 and 9 years old.
