Part-Time In-Home Sitter / Family Assistant (Short-Term, 2 Months)

We are an energetic and lovely family who values child-led learning and curiosity-rich experiences Seeking a loving, calm sitter for 2 months (with potential to extend...) You'll plan child-led, play-based activities for our 3-year-old, occasionally support our 8-year-old (homeschooled), and help with light organization of kids spaces and activity prep. Must be comfortable driving to local parks, playdates, and Nature School in Montclair (gas covered). Familiarity with Montessori learning or willingness to learn about neuroaffirming approaches is a plus. Ideal for someone nurturing, proactive, and reliable who enjoys creating calm, engaging days for kids.
