Childcare Provider Pool - On-Call

Princeton Alliance Church (PAC) is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our on-call Childcare Provider Pool. As a member of our pool, you will have the opportunity to provide childcare at various PAC-sponsored events, creating a safe, nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. Please note that Childcare Providers are hired as independent contractors (1099), not W-2 employees. Responsibilities: Provide attentive and compassionate care for children during PAC events. Engage children in age-appropriate activities and ensure their safety at all times. Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all children in your care. Communicate effectively with parents and PAC staff regarding any concerns or updates. Requirements: Minimum of 18 years old. Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to different age groups and individual needs of children. Must be reliable, responsible, and able to work flexible hours. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Please note: Candidates must undergo a criminal background check before they're approved for the childcare pool.
