Full Or Part-time Nanny For 2 Children Under 5

Looking for a special person, that is exceptionally friendly and happy and wants to be an important partner to working parents. We are flexible about the schedule because our part-time nanny for the last 3 years will stay with us. I do have a need on W/F afternoons, if possible. Some weekend hours a plus occasionally. I'm looking for someone to care for my children the way that a parent would, with love, compassion and joy. I also need an excellent driver. The kids will be in school full-time and I am an attorney with a demanding schedule, so I prefer someone who is willing to help with cooking and organization around the house (toys, laundry, kitchen order/cleaning up) when kids are at school. Must be an experienced driver with a clean driving record. Background checks and 3 references from prior positions required
