Our caregiver will pick the kids up at the bus and drive them home. Our caregiver will help the kids get settled and started on their homework and chores. Our oldest is fairly independent w/her HW but may need occasional help. Our youngest will need a bit more guidance and support. Our caregiver will help the kids find ways to spend time without screens. Games and outdoor play are best bets! We may occasionally need caregiving outside of these regular hrs.-- nights, weekends, etc.-- and we would give as much advance notice as possible. Hours will shift to earlier in the afternoon at the start of the new school year, as our kids switch to a new school. We will also need help in the mornings when they switch. We're not sure of our needs for the summer, though it's likely we won't need a caregiver.
