About the Role: Mom works from home and has a limited but flexible schedule she's available to assist when not in meetings. Responsibilities: - Provide attentive, nurturing care for baby throughout the day - Feed, burp, and change diapers regularly (she dislikes being wet!) - Maintain a consistent nap and play routine - Engage her through tummy time, songs - Light tidying related to baby care (washing bottles) if time permits - No household cleaning required Schedule: - Part-time (weekdays) - Flexible hours to be discussed - Two-week trial period
