Nanny/Household Helper Needed In Hanover

We are a family of 3 with another one on the way, We are looking for someone who can help around the house during the day (light cleaning, tidying, laundry, organizing), running errands, meal prep, and childcare in the afternoons (for our toddler who is in daycare). When baby comes in summer, we would then want this role to transition to mother's helper and then a full-time nanny long-term (once mom goes back to work). We are flexible on schedule but request at least 3 days a week for 20 hours for now. Can be up to full time once baby comes.
